Birth is a wild ride. Though rewarding, it often requires some processing. This 1-hour long service is for those who would like to discuss and debrief their experience, ask any questions, and share with a third party who can provide some unbiased feedback.

The Virtual Birth Doula package is directly to the point. This package is for those of you who have done the research and know what you want for yourself but would like a sounding board for thoughts, questions and partner support!

This package includes:

• Virtual support through labour by text, phone call, or video call.
• 4 weeks of virtual postpartum support by text, phone call, or video call.

This package is for those new parents near and far. Perhaps you don't want additional bodies in your space, or you've found a connection by distance is in the way. 

With this package you will receive:

• 2x virtual prenatal sessions at 1.5 hours each.
• virtual birth support via text, phonecall, or video call.
• 4 weeks of virtual postpartum support to answer questions as you adjust to life with a new baby.
