As a birth and postpartum doula based in Port Perry, Ontario, I proudly serve Durham Region, GTA, and the Kawarthas. With my real-life, hands-on experience as a mom, I bring a unique perspective to the table. My approach is grounded in evidence-based recommendations and intuition, and I strive to create a safe, empowering space for you to discover and grow during your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period.
My philosophy is simple: you are the leading force, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. I don't believe in empowering you, because I know you already have the power within you. Instead, I'm here to hold the space for you to feel confident in your own abilities, and to provide the support and guidance you need to stay focused and centered.
