The early weeks after birth are physiologically intense.
And yet most mothers are expected to function without structured support.
Postpartum is not a six-week checkpoint. It is a recalibration.
This immersive container is designed to create rhythm in a season that can otherwise feel chaotic.

Warm, restorative meals prepared in your home, plus an additional meal prepped for later so healing continues even on days without doula support.

Your space gently reset, your rest protected, and your recovery supported so you’re not holding everything alone.

Real-time guidance with feeding, newborn rhythms, and recovery check-ins so you feel steady and capable.
Each week includes two full anchor days of in-home support from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. These are immersive presence days designed to create continuity during early postpartum.
• Nourishing, customized meal prepared fresh in your home
• One additional meal prepped for later
• Snack and hydration reset
• Gentle mother-baby support
• Rest protection and environment reset
• Postpartum recovery check-ins
• Light household tasks directly tied to recovery flow
This is not housekeeping. It is containment.

By the end of this experience, you won’t feel like you simply survived. You’ll feel steady.

Only tasks directly tied to the recovery flow. Kitchen resets, dishes used during the day, laundry rotation, and tidying high-use areas. This is not housekeeping or deep cleaning. The focus is always recovery and containment.
Yes, if availability allows. Many families choose to decide around week three once they feel into how much continued support would benefit them.
This container is intentionally structured around full anchor days to create rhythm and meaningful support. If you’re looking for shorter visits, reach out, and we can discuss alternative options.
Because I work with only two postpartum families at a time, booking during pregnancy is strongly recommended to secure your desired start date.
The early weeks after birth are physically and emotionally demanding. Structured support creates stability during a time when your body is healing, your sleep is fragmented, and your nervous system is adjusting.
This container is designed to prevent depletion, reduce overwhelm, and build real confidence — not just provide occasional help. Many families find that investing in steady postpartum care reduces stress, improves recovery, and creates a calmer foundation for the entire household.
