The journey to parenthood is a culmination of all types of feelings that can be exciting and even overwhelming. With the right support, you can learn and grow to ensure that your family and your baby have an unforgettably positive experience.
I am a birth and postpartum doula operating out of Port Perry, Ontario who is servicing Durham Region, GTA, and the Kawarthas.
Being a Mom has provided me with real life, hands on experience. As a parent, I always kept focused on evidence based recommendations and used my own intuition to guide me. As a doula, I bring that same energy! I don't believe that it is for me to empower you, but instead I hold the space for you to feel empowered through your own discovery and growth while we get to know each other through your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period. You are the leading force, and I back you up whenever you need your focus elsewhere.
I love to love, and that looks different to everyone. What remains the same is the enthusiasm that I have to build new Mom's up when this world isn't always set up to do so!
